PS3 sales no longer abyssmal! (in Uk and Japan)
Sony Playstation 3 fans, rejoice!
The PS3 is no longer being clobbered (a technical marketing term) by a 10 to one sales ratio vs Nintendo’s Wii. It is now only being soundly beaten by a paltry three to one sales ratio because of Sony’s recent sequence of price cuts for the systems’ new backwards-incompatible SKU’s. Featuring all-new reduced functionalities, the price drop brings the console within reach of middle-of-the-road consumers like Bill Gate’s half-brother.
In other news, the XBOX 360 sold five more units this week in Japan, a whopping 35% increase in sales from the three consoles they sold there last week.
